A child belongs to village Jam Arab Mehar, UC Ali Baig, district Ghotki. The family lives in a Grass Hut without a boundary wall, where no toilet is available. The family is living in very poor hygiene conditions. The mother of the child was unaware of breastfeeding as well as the knowledge about the balanced diet. At the time of admission on 26.04.22, his MUAC was 9.5 cm and his weight was 5.8 kg. After treatment at OTP BHU Jahanpur, his condition was getting better and the child become normal from Severe Acute Malnutrition. At the time of discharge on 05.07.22, his MUAC become 12.1 cm and his weight is 7.4 kg.
